Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: August 13, 2026

LeadCat is a product of Staminal Technologies Private Limited.

This page explains how users, customers, and connected businesses can request deletion of data stored by LeadCat CRM, operated by STAMINAL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U62013TN2023PTC165254).

If you connected Instagram or Facebook to the CRM, you can also revoke app access from your Meta account or Business settings. Revoking access stops future data flow, but you should still send a deletion request if you want existing CRM data removed.

1. How To Request Data Deletion

  1. Send an email to director@staminal.in with the subject line CRM Data Deletion Request.
  2. Include your business name or CRM workspace name.
  3. Include the connected Instagram/Facebook Page or account name, if applicable.
  4. Include the email or phone number used for the CRM account, if applicable.
  5. Tell us whether you want account deletion, integration deletion, lead data deletion, or deletion of a specific customer enquiry.

2. What We Delete Or Anonymize

After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize applicable records, including:

3. Verification

To protect business data, we verify that the requester is the business owner, an authorized workspace manager, or the person whose data is being requested for deletion. A signed-in owner or manager session may provide verification for requests within that workspace. Email requests are recorded as pending until an authorized administrator completes an identity or authority check.

4. Processing Timeline

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 business days after receipt and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. A request remains in processing while stored media is awaiting confirmed physical deletion. If a paid subscription is still active, it must be cancelled before full workspace closure can complete.

5. Records We May Retain

Full workspace deletion does not erase records that STAMINAL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED must retain for an applicable accounting, tax, payment, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, or legal obligation. This may include invoices, structured payment/refund and subscription records, required billing identity fields, minimized audit metadata, and minimized evidence of the legal documents accepted for the workspace. Raw provider payloads and unrelated CRM content are removed or redacted. Retained records are restricted to the applicable purpose and are not used to operate the deleted CRM workspace.

6. Backup Retention

Deleted data may remain in encrypted or access-controlled backups for a limited period until normal backup rotation removes it. Backup data is not used for active CRM operation unless recovery is required. The deletion request and completion record are retained so that affected data can be removed again if a backup must be restored.

7. Meta App Removal

If you used Instagram or Facebook with the CRM, you may remove the app from your Meta account or Business settings. This prevents future access. For deletion of data already stored in the CRM, send the email request described above.
